In view of the fact that an application is pending as contained in Annexure No.9 to the writ petition, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, before whom the application is pending, to decide the same on the next date, which is 07.03.2024. In any case, the respondent No.2 shall conclude and decide the said application positively within a period of four weeks from today.
