On 08.08.2024, the bail application of the petitioner Raizuddin was rejected by this Court on the basis of the statements of the victim girl that was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.PC. 4. Again today no new ground has been taken for filing this bail application. 5. Therefore the present bail application is found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
