The petitioners, namely, (i) Partha Pratim Das @ Moon, son of Sri Bipin Das, resident of Moutupuri Gaon, Near 569 Moutupuri L.P. School, Police Station-Howly, District- Barpeta, Assam and (ii) Sukur Ali Ahmed @ Shukur Ali Ahmed, son of late Abul Kashem, resident of Haji Para, Jan Bazar, Police Station-Howly, District-Barpeta, Assam have filed this application on 13.05.2025 under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail in Basistha P.S. Case No. 254/2025 under Sections 61(2)/318(4) BNS, 2023, read with Sections 14/15 of the Assam Game & Betting Act, in which they were arrested on 04.05.2025 and are in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioners, Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. K. K.
