Instant civil writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has been preferred by and on behalf of Education [2025:RJ-JP:16471] (2 of 2) [CW-4744/2024] Department, Secondary Education, assailing the final order dated 06.01.2023 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No. 1113/2022 whereby and whereunder appeal filed by the appellant- employee Krishan Awatar Gupta (Now deceased and represented through his natural heirs- respondents herein) was allowed and he was held entitled for payment of salary for the period from October, 2019 to May, 2021 during which he remained posted at Government Senior Secondary School, Khurikalan, Dausa as Principal. 3. It has been pointed out that during course of writ petition, a letter dated 16.04.2025 has been issued by the Chief Block Education Officer, Mahwa, Dausa, whereby Government has agreed to release the arrears of salary to respondent, in compliance of the order dated 06.01.2023. The copy of letter dated 16.04.2025 has been placed on record with the reply as Annexure-R/6. 4. In view of the issuance of letter dated 16.04.2025, the challenge made to the order impugned has rendered infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby disposed of. 6.
