The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Raebareli to expeditiously decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC read with Section 151 CPC in Regular Suit No. 2500 of 2022 (Shyam Sundar Tiwari Vs. Prakash Chandra Rajpal) pending since 07.09.2022 according to the law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
