It is alleged that some local M.L.A. and other anti-social elements who are not a party in this petition have encroached or illegally occupied the property which is subject matter of the lease between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, hence this petition. We fail to understand as to how a writ petition under Article 226 is maintainable in such a matter, therefore, we decline to interfere in the matter. The petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies under civil / criminal law, as the case may be, especially as, the lease as informed by Shri Neerav Chitravanshi, learned Counsel for the opposite parties, is with M/s Zeenat Textile Cooperative Society Ltd. which has not filed this petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
