The present petition has been filed with the following main relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to proceed upon the applications/complaint dated 11.11.2024 and 30.12.2024 made by the petitioners under Rule 3 of the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules 1997, as annexed in annexure No.2 and 4 respectively, as per the provisions as provided under above Rules, 1997." 4. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions which are taken on record, states that the inquiry has already been instituted. 5. In view thereof, it is directed that the proceedings instituted shall be concluded with all expedition, in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
