By means of the present criminal writ petition, the petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondent No.2 to lodge an FIR against the respondent Nos.3 and 4 upon his complaints dated 11.11.2021 and 15.11.2021 in view of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in the light of ‘Lalita Kumari’ case as well as in the light of judgement passed by Hon’ble Court in ‘Ashish Bhargawa’ case under the relevant sections of IPC in accordance with law. 4. It is contended by learned State Counsel on instruction that during the pendency of the present criminal writ petition, the First Information Report has been lodged against the respondent Nos.3 and 4-Bijendra Pal and Smt. Savita respectively, under Sections 323, 354, 406, 452, 504 and 506 IPC and after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted on 02.02.2023 against the respondent No.3-Bijendra Pal under Sections 504 and 506 IPC and against the respondent No.4-Smt. Savita under Section 406 IPC. Learned State Counsel passed on written instruction dated 16.07.2025 to this Court, which is taken on record. 2025:UHC:6517 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing survives in the present criminal writ petition at this stage and accordingly the same is closed. 6.
