Through this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Lakhimpur Kheri, to decide the Complaint No. 2151/2023, In; Re' "Ahsan Ali Versus Saurabh Shrivastava" pending in the court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Lakhimpur Kheri as expeditiously as possible in interest of justice. Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court deems just, fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaint case was filed in the year 2023. The trial is going on at a very slow pace. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in the interest of justice, the proceedings may be expedited. On due consideration to the argument advanced as well as perusal of the record, the learned trial court is directed to make an endeavour to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No.2151 of 2023 (supra) and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
