The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (Awar Khand), FTC, Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit No. 394 /2011 (Girish Singh Vs. Ramagya Singh and others) filed by the petitioner's father (plaintiff of the suit) on 12.07.2011 for Permanent Injunction which is pending before him within stipulated period." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2011, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
