Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner has now filed the present Writ Petition seeking production of her husband from the custody of respondents 3 and 4. 2 2. The case of the petitioner is that her husband had been illegally detained by respondents 3 and 4, on 11.03.2025, having been arrested from her house at 4.00 a.m on that date. 3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the detenue had been arrested on 20.03.2025, in Crime No.15 of 2025, registered in the Santhanuthalapadu police station on 05.02.2025. He further states that the detenue has been produced before the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Excise Court, Ongole and has been remanded to judicial custody. 4. In view of the fact that the detenue has been produced before the Magistrate and a remand order has been passed, it would not be appropriate for this Court to continue with the Writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner or the detenue to raise all and any objections relating to the manner of arrest and the question of illegal custody before the Magistrate.
