This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 14.11.2024 passed on Writ-A No. 10303 of 2024. 3. Shri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel submits that the order of writ Court has already been complied by the District Inspector of Schools, Unnao by way of deciding the representation of the applicant vide order dated 08.03.2025. A copy of the aforesaid order dated 08.03.2025 placed by the learned Standing Counsel is taken on record. 4. Considering the order passed by the writ Court as well as contents of the order dated 08.03.2025 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Unnao, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out. 5.
