The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) issue a direction to the opposite party No.1, the Civil Judge (J.D.) South, Unnao, Faizabad to decide the R.S. No.508 of 2024 "Ranjeet and another Vs. Prem Kumar and another", pending since 3.7.2024, expeditiously within a stipulated period as soon as possible." 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injunction application is also pending. 4. Considering the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
