Application No.1 of 2025 1. The appeal has been filed with reported delay of 36 days. It is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay. 2. The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of an application for condonation of delay is sufficient. 3. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Order on Appeal 4. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 5. The intra-court appeal is directed against the judgement/order passed by the writ court on 03.12.2024 whereby the writ court has declined to entertain the writ petition for the relief seeking quashing of the order of suspension on the ground of dual proceedings simultaneously. 6. The writ court has delved into the point urged before the Court in the perspective of law applicable in this behalf and we do not find any error in the view taken by the learned Single Judge. 7. Being in agreement with what the learned Single Judge has opined in the impugned order, the exercise of the appellate jurisdiction by this Court against the impugned order is unwarranted and the appeal filed by the appellant is liable to be rejected. 8.
