Case No.708 of 2023 instituted by opposite party under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act from Family Court, Auraiya to District Lucknow. 4. Learned counsel for applicant, at the very outset submits that inadvertently, the Application has been filed before this Court at Lucknow although it is maintainable at Allahabad in view of judgment rendered by this Court in Smt. Shivika Upadhayay v. Pushpendra Trivedi (Transfer Application(Civil) No. - 674 of 2024). 5. In view of aforesaid submission, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to applicant to file afresh before this Court at Allahabad.
