This is second bail application moved by the applicant seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 570 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 504 of IPC, registered at Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. 5. The first bail application moved on behalf of the applicant was allowed on 12.07.2025 and subsequently on 02.12.2022, the same was cancelled. 6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 7. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail and the second bail application deserves to be rejected. 8.
