Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:9255-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 1417 of 2025 Petitioner :- Manju Tripathi Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shailendra Kumar Dubey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. The petitioner seeks a mandamus that respondents should not interfere in his peaceful possession over Gata No.873. This is after his application under Section 41 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 for demarcation has been rejected. We fail to understand as to how such a relief can be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, especially as the encroachment is alleged to be by the private parties. The writ petition is dismissed in the aforesaid terms. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 13.2.2025 G.
