The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Case Crime No. 2052 of 2017 u/s 376D, 506 IPC, P.S. Jarwal Road, District Bahraich. 4. However, after arguing at some length learned counsel for the applicant has made a request that applicant may be permitted to appear / surrender before the court below by filing his regular bail application and a direction may be issued to the court concerned to dispose of such application at the earliest. 5. Considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the applicant, I hereby dispose of the anticipatory bail application finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the present applicant to to appear / surrender and file a regular bail application taking all his pleas and grounds before the appropriate court of law within a period of two weeks and if such bail application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law with expedition without adjourning the case for any unnecessary reason. .
