The petitioner alleges construction of a khadanja on his sahan land part of abadi. The petitioner's counsel relies upon a khasra, copy of which is annexed as annexure No.1 to the Writ Petition. It is not possible under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to consider as to whether the sahan is of the petitioner and if so, what is the extent of the sahan land of the petitioner. These are matters, seen purely before the civil court or if otherwise permissible under any provision of law before the concerned authority but we cannot go into such question.
