(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 31.05.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. B.C.Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that transfer of the petitioner from GPS Gawali, Education Block Shillai, to GPS Behral Awat, Education Block Bakras, District Sirmaur, has been cancelled by the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Sirmaur at Nahan, vide office order dated 31.05.2025. 2. Careful perusal of afore communication as well as office order substantiates the afore claim of learned Additional Advocate General. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
