Also Page No.# 2/3 heard Ms. N. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Smti. Binata Baishya, was granted interim bail in Dispur P.S. Case No. 0422/2025, by order dated 16.05.2025, by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of the Dispur P.S. Case No. 0422/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and as per direction of this Court, she was released on bail. But her statement has not yet been recorded. 4. I have cconsidered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and have gone through the Case Diary, which was produced before this Court. 5. Since the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, and has appeared before the Investigating Officer, the interim bail granted to her, by order dated 16.05.2025, by this Court, is hereby made absolute, with a condition that she shall continue to co-operate in the investigation and she shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts before the Court or to any police officer. 6.
