Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant makes a statement that the present Application has become infructuous as the sole Applicant, Sonu Kumar S/o Rishipal has died. In this regard, she has submitted the ‘Death Certificate’ of the Applicant, issued by the Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare, Grama Panchayat Tikkampur, Government of Uttarakhand, which is taken on record. 4. To this, learned State counsel has made a statement that a report regarding the death of the sole Applicant has also been received from the Police Station concerned. 5.
