In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation on 29.07.2024 to the first respondent to remove the name of the fourth respondent from the petitioner's patta. The said representation was forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent on 07.08.2024 and subsequently, on 24.01.2025, the petitioner sent a fresh representation directly to the second respondent, which also evoked no response. Hence, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.4547 of 2025 3.Considering that the petitioner only seeks expeditious disposal of his representation, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2025 as well as the proceedings dated 07.08.2024, forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
