Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is working on the post of Constable in U.P. Police and grievance raised by him is with regard to pay scale granted to him which according to the petitioner is less then what has been granted to other similarly situated persons. 3. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard petitioner has given representation to respondent no. 2 - Additional Secretary (Recruitment), U.P. Recruitment and Promotion Board, U.P. Lucknow on 29.12.2024, which has not been decided and accordingly prays that grievance of petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2024, annexed as Annexure - 17 to the writ petition, expeditiously. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case suitable directions are issued to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide petitioner's representation. 5. In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 - Additional Secretary (Recruitment), U.P. Recruitment and Promotion Board, U.P. Lucknow, to proceed to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2024, annexed as Annexure - 17 to the writ petition, expeditiously, say within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him, in accordance with law by means of reasoned and speaking order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
