The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 18/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8(b) & 18 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. On 17.02.2025 at about 8:40 A.M., Kharsawan Police, on the basis of confidential information destructed poppy cultivation from Suru Dam forest area. The petitioners were apprehended at spot while they were attending the poppy field. 4. It was submitted that petitioners were hired as a labourer by co- accused persons. It was further submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with Kharsawan P.S.
