(Ayodhya Prakaran), Lucknow in Criminal Misc Case No.2187/2024, contained as Annexure No.1 to this application and direct the concerned Learned Trial Court to consider and decide the matter afresh on merits, in the interest of justice." Taking note of the remedy available by way of filing revision, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order and without entering into the merits of the case, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the revisional Court as per law.
