In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties 4 to 6 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to authority concerned to decide Revision Case No.R.S.T./3023/2006-2007, Computerized Case No.C200604000001175. Further prayer for a direction to authorities concerned to decide impleadment Application filed by petitioners in aforesaid Revision has also been sought. 3. At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner does not press prayer no.1 and is relying on prayer no.2. 4. In view of fact that petitioners have filed an impleadment application in aforesaid revision, opposite party no.1 i.e. Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Faizabad Division, Faizabad/Ayodhya is directed to consider and decide the impleadment application filed in R.S.T./3023/2006-2007, Computerized Case No.C200604000001175(Udai Pratap Singh v. Gram Panchayat and others) expeditiously after hearing all concerned. 5. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioners only in case they cooperate in early disposal of the proceedings. 6.
