Pursuant to an interim order granted earlier by this Court, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the Police Investigating Officer. 4. Since, the petitioner have been co-operating with Police investigating Officer, he does not deserved to be detained in custody. 5. His pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 6.
