In response to the writ petition, Shri Amarjeet Singh Rakhra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 says that settlement arrived at dated 18.11.2024 under The Uttar Pradesh Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, which was registered on 21.12.2024 is being complied and will be complied and this intimation has been sent to the Assistant Labor Commissioner, Pratapgarh/ Conciliation Officer, respondent No.4 herein also, therefore, there is hardly any dispute or necessity for granting any sanction as requested by the letter dated 10.01.2025. Let respondent Nos.5 and 6 satisfy the respondent No.4 as to the compliance of the said settlement dated 18.11.2024 by filing such compliance in writing within fifteen days, which shall be considered by the respondent No.4 and needful shall be done. If he is not satisfied with the compliance, he can communicate the points on which he is not satisfied to the respondent Nos.5 and 6, who shall then respond to it and do the needful. If in the wisdom of respondent No.4, still compliance has not been done, then he shall proceed to initiate such action as may be prescribed under the law.
