By way of this writ petition the petition seeks a direction to the Opp. party Nos. 4 to 6 comply with the order dated 16.11.2023 (Annexure-1 to to the petition.) regarding taking of possession and handing it over to the Bank. Learned counsel for the State says that for implementation of the order dated 16.11.2023, 3.3.2025 is the date fixed for handing over physical possession to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with the observation/direction that the opp. parties shall do the needful in terms of our judgment dated 25.10.2024 in Writ-C No. 8867 of 2024, Bank of Baroda earlier Vijaya Bank thru. its Chief Manager, Author. Officer v. State of U.P. & 8 ors. on the next date fixed and if for some reason it is not possible to do so on the said date, positively within the next 15 days, unless there is any legal impediment, in which case they shall inform the petitioner in writing and also mention it in their ordersheet.
