By means of this petition, petitioners have sought quashing the F.I.R. dated 30.09.2021 bearing Case Crime/ FIR No.227 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120-B, 307 I.P.C. and Section 3/5A/5B/8 of the Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 registered at Police Station Aaspur Deosara, District Pratapgarh and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court, in accordance with law. 4.
