By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is presently posted and working as Teacher (LB) in Govt. Middle School Raikera, District Raigarh C.G. is seeking a direction to consider the case of the petitioner for posting at Government Middle School Ukaripali, Block Tamnar District Raigarh C.G in view of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 6253 of 2023 dated 03.11.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner was posted in Govt. Middle School Ukaripali but the said transfer order was cancelled. She further submits that subsequent to the cancellation order, some of the employees approached the court questioning the cancellation order of the amended transfer in WPS No. 6253 of 2023 but the petitioner could not challenge the said order, however, pursuance to the order of the High Court in the said writ petitions dated 03.11.2023, the State government has done counselling and posted the employees who have challenged the cancellation of the amended transfer order. She further submits that the petitioner has approached the authorities in the year 2023 vide Annexure P-5 i.e. Joint Director, School Education, Division Bilaspur, however the said representation has not been decided till date. She further seeks direction towards the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the representation is still pending before the Joint Director School Education, Bilaspur, 3 / 3 the same will be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and documents annexed. 5. From perusal of the pleadings and Annexure P-5 the representation filed by the petitioner before the Joint Director on 09.09.2023, it appears that the representation has not been decided till date, hence, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Joint Director, School Education, Division Bilaspur to decide the same within a period of 50 days in accordance with law by keeping in mind the order of this Court dated 03.11.2023 passed in WPS No. 6253 of 2023 which was filed by similarly placed employees who had challenged the cancellation of amended transfer order. 6.
