CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 6462 of 2019 The Court made the following Order: This Court after perusing the earlier proceedings gave a direction on 04.08.2025, to list the matter under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. However, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2. On earlier occasion i.e., 04.08.2025, learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s report dated 25.02.2019, the Police registered a case in Crime No.132 of 2019 on the file of Malkipuram Police Station, for the offence under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 IPC on 02.05.2019 itself. 3. The present Writ Petition was filed alleging that the Police not registered the case basing on the petitioner’s report dated 25.02.2019. 4. In the light of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication. 4 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission itself, without going into the merits of the case. No costs.
