The present application has been filed by the applicant for quashing of the summoning order dated 4/1/2025 passed in Complaint No.140799 of 2023, Police Station Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Perused the record. Perusal of the complaint case as well as the statement of the complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. as well as the statement of witnesses under Section 202 Cr.P.C. so also the impugned order disclose prima facie cognizable offence. There appears to be no illegality in the order impugned. The application, being devoid of merit, is accordingly dismissed.
