The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that although the petitioner challenged the order dated 04.02.2025 whereby the petitioner was transferred and attached from Sub- Divisional Officer, Electricity Distribution, Belsar, District Gonda to Office of Chief Engineer (Distribution), Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, Devi Patan Region, Gonda yet subsequent thereto vide order dated 13.02.2025 the attachment has been ended and he has been posted as Assistant Engineer (Meter), Electricity Testing Laboratory, Gonda and that he is willing to join the post in pursuance to the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he has got left about 22 months of service and his retirement is due on 31.12.2027. The aforesaid statement is recorded.
