The present application has been preferred by the applicant for the following main reliefs:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 29.11.2024 passed by the Up Zila Magistrate Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagasr in case No. 5771/2024 computerized Case No. T202404040405771 (Jayant Kumar and another versus Shambhu Nath) U/S 164 of B.N.S.S. 2023. Contained as A NNEXURE NO. 1 to this petition. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the opp. parties not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner during pendency of the petition." Considering the statutory remedy available to the applicant of filing a revision against the order impugned dated 29.11.2024, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. It is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. If the remedy aforesaid is availed by the applicant, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Court/Authority concerned.
