The present appeal has been filed for quashing of the impugned summoning order dated 27.03.2024 passed by Special judge, SC/ST Lucknow in S.T. No.932/2024 arsing out of Case Crime No.627 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(2)5A, 3(1)da, dha of SC/ST Act, Police Station Madiyaon, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for the applicants, after arguing for some time, does not want to press this anticipatory bail application rather seeks liberty to file a regular bail application in view of law laid by Supreme Court in order dated 7.10.2021 passed in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Cri) No.5191 of 2021 Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another. In view of the above, present appeal is dismissed as not pressed. It is provided that in case a regular bail application has been filed by the applicants namely Ritesh Kumar @ Kallu @ Ritesh Yadav and Annu Yadav within twenty days' from today before the court below, the same be decided expeditiously in view of the law laid by by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
