In this petition, the petitioners have called in question the order and judgment dated 07.04.2022, passed by Armed Forces Tribunal, Srinagar Bench, at Jammu [“the Tribunal”] in O.A. No. 216/2019 titled No. 13698431X Ex. Rect Sukhwinder Singh Vs. UOI & Ors. whereby the Tribunal has allowed the OA of the respondent and held him entitled to the disability pension by placing his disability as 20% with effect from 25.06.2014 and has restricted the arrears to three years preceding the date of institution of the O.A. 2. The matter involved in this petition is fully covered by the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Sukhvinder Singh Vs. Union of India & Ors., Civil Appeal No 5605 of 2010 decided on 25.06.2014. Serial No. 46 2 WP(C) No. 2491/2024 3. The issue raised in this petition is, therefore, no longer res integra and there is no ground made out for admission of this petition. Hence, being devoid of merit, this petition is dismissed.
