Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) CWP No. 6780 of 2025 When this case was taken up for consideration 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:30141 today, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Deputy Advocate General inform the Court that now the decision has been taken by the respondents that in the interest of the students Himachal Pradesh University should be the single point agency for application and conduct of examination for all B.Ed institutions and be the affiliating body for B.Ed institutions/courses in the State from the next academic year. 2. In light of this development, as the purpose of the petition stands achieved, the same is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. CMP No. 21405 of 2025 3. This is a miscellaneous application filed under Order 1, Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, by the applicants i.e. Krishna Education Centre and Namdhari Educational Society. 4. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicants submits that the reason as to why they intend to be impleaded as party is that they are aggrieved by the condition which is mentioned in Communication dated 20.08.2025, in terms whereof, the 3 2025:HHC:30141 affiliating body for all B.Ed institution courses in the State from the next academic year shall be Himachal Pradesh University. 5. This Court is of the considered view that as the subject matter of this writ petition was only that the petitioners therein were praying that there should be one single agency conducting examination and that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, the applicants are neither a necessary party nor a proper party for the purpose of the adjudication of this application.
