By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That writ of certiorari may kindly be issued, quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure P-6). 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:14767 ii) That writ of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondent authorities to decide the complaint dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-7) and complaint dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure P-8) made by the petitioner against the Pradhan Gram Panchayat Lot i.e. respondent No.7 within a timebound manner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press the first relief. He prays that the interest of justice would be served in case the respondents are directed to take an appropriate call on the complaint filed by the petitioner. 4. Without expressing any view on the merits of the case, the petition is closed with the observation that the complaint filed by the petitioner, if not already dealt with, be dealt with by the Authority concerned, in accordance with law.
