Hasirulnisha and Another), pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), North, Room No. 25, District Sultanpur, within a stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2021, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines. 4.
