It is submitted that application under Rule 109 of the Rules framed under the Consolidation of Holdings Act has already been preferred and is pending consideration. 4. In view thereof, opposite party no.3, i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur is directed to consider and decide Case No.202454106442030288, Reeta Devi & others v. Kamla Devi(deceased) expeditiously. 4. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioners only in case they cooperate in early disposal of the proceedings 5.
