The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding over the respondent No.4 to restore the petitioner's fair price shop in compliance of the order dated 21- 04-2022 passed by opposite party No.2 i.e. Joint Commissioner Food Lucknow Division, Lucknow contained as Annexure No. 1 to this Writ Petition. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding over the Respondent State Authorities, to take appropriate action against the Respondent No.4 for deliberate disobedience of the order passed by the appellate authority." 3. Considering the fact that the directions were issued for decision in terms of the remand order on 21.04.2022, the present petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to decide the issue as per the directions of the appellate court within a period of one month positively.
