The writ petitioner, being aggrieved with an order dated 23-08-2024, whereby his services as Muster Roll has been temporarily suspended as he is registered as a contractor/supplier, has approached this Court assailing the same. 2. It is noted that the said impugned letter indicates that the writ petitioner was requested to withdraw his registration and that only on the withdrawal of his registration as a contractor would his name be reinserted into the Muster Roll Labour List. 3. Today, Mr. H.L.Shangreiso, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. T.Dkhar, learned counsel on behalf of the writ petitioner has produced a letter dated 29-05-2025, whereby the writ petitioner has tendered his withdrawal or cancellation of his registration as a contractor and supplier with the necessary documents enclosed.
