The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). pleased to allow the instant petition U/A 227 of the Constitution of India whereby directing The Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow, Dist- Lucknow, to decide the application dated 05.01.2024 for Temporary Injunction (6-C) filed Under ORDER 39 RULE 1 and 2 read with Section 151 C.P.C. filed in the Civil Suit for the Cancellation of Sale Deed and Permanent Injunction bearing Civil Suit No. 35 of 2024(CNR NO. UPLK050000642024), M/s Vaishno Infra Contract Vs. Chandra Shekhar Bhatt and Others, which is pending before The Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow, Dist- Lucknow, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
