On a perusal of the judgment impugned herein, it is gathered that the tribunal has clearly recorded absence on the part of the learned counsel for the petitioner despite notice. 4. Be that as it may, without commenting anything on the merit of the case, we leave it open to the petitioner to make an application before the tribunal for review/recall of the impugned judgement so that his right of hearing is provided as per requirements of law. The tribunal is free to take all pleas into account seeking review/recall provided the application is made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. In the event of failure to make the application within the time stipulated, the consequences shall follow. 5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. .
