By way of this writ petition, the petitioners seeks direction to the respondents entertain and accept the Registration Returns, Admission forms and Examination forms of the students admitted by the petitioners Institutes for the ETT course session 2011-13 as per the intake capacity of the Institutes and further to regularize the admission of the students of the petitioner Institutes for ETT course session 2011- 13 as per intake capacity of the Institutions. 02. Notice was issued in this petition on 19.09.2012 and thereafter neither the petition has come for consideration nor the petitioners made any effort to list the same. It appears that this petition has become infructuous with the efflux of time. 03. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
