BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUMAN SHYAM ORDER Date : 16-06-2025 Heard Mr. A. Gayan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner who submits that instructions as directed by this Court vide order dated 30-05-2025, have still not been produced by the respondents counsel. However, today when the matter is called up, Mr. T.J. Mahanta, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Ms. P. Sarma, learned standing counsel, APSC appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 7 submits that the selection process in question, was initiated way back in the year 2022 and the same has not only been concluded long back but the process of appointment of the selected candidates is also over. Under such circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, at this stage. Responding to the above submission, Mr. Gayan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy as may be available to his client. Prayer is allowed. Writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for. Ms. A. Talukdar, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, Mr.
