This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence in respect of Sessions Case/141/2018 pending in the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur. 3. The applicant was convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by the learned Sessions Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur in Sessions Case/141/2018. 4. The connected appeal was admitted for hearing on 16.05.2025. 5. This Court is of the opinion that under the given circumstances, the sentence imposed upon the applicant Sunil Paswan @ Sulendra Paswan deserves to be suspended till disposal of Page No.# 3/3 the connected appeal. 6. Therefore, the sentence imposed upon the applicant Sunil Paswan @ Sulendra Paswan by the learned Sessions Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur in respect of Sessions Case No./141/2018 shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected appeal. 7.
