He submits that Director General, Medical Health can be directed to consider petitioner’s request, as made in her representation. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Director General, Medical Health to consider and decide petitioner’s representation, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. (5) For a period of eight weeks or till decision is taken, whichever is earlier, there shall be status quo qua petitioner’s posting.
